Aviation plug is the popular name of electrical connector, also known as aviation connector, aviation electrical connector, because of the initial use in the aviation field and named. Generally used with the aviation socket, is widely used in navigation, aerospace, aviation, national defense, military, nuclear industry, electricity and other fields, shell material often used magnesium aluminum alloy, stainless steel, durable.
In the industry management of our country, the electrical connectors and switches, keyboards and so on are collectively referred to as electrical plug components, and electrical plug components and relays are collectively referred to as electromechanical components. The division of connector product types is somewhat confusing, but technically there are only three basic classifications of connector product categories:
① According to the connection mode: threaded connection, bayonet (fast) connection, card lock connection, push-pull connection, straight plug connection;

The technical parameters of the aviation plug are usually three categories:
Electrical performance: rated voltage, rated current, contact resistance, voltage resistance and insulation resistance, shielding, rf anti-interference attenuation value

③ Environmental technical performance: working temperature, working height, vibration, impact, constant acceleration, sealing, anti-salt spray, anti-humidity, anti-mould performance, etc.
